Husband’s Ex-wife Gets Profits On A House That I Now Own

Hello! My husband and I are selling our house soon. Him and his ex-wife purchased the house while they were married. They divorced and in the decree it says that he has to refinance it using a quitclaim deed (signed by her) but it also says she gets half the profits at the sale. So we did that and I am now on the deed/title/mortgage. Now, we are about to sell the house. Does she still get half of the profits even though she has no rights, claims, or interests in the property?

I’m having a difficult time accepting this because I do not want to give her money from what is now mine and my husband’s property. She hasn’t lived here in over 5 years and has put nothing towards the home.
