Hvac Installer Checkout Included "i Will Leave A 100% Positive Review"
I had an HVAC installation yesterday and they did a checkout survey at the conclusion of service. They read A FEW of the questions out loud as they breezed through it and answered the questions themselves verbally and physically for the few they read without stopping to confirm with me. Then said here sign.
I assumed it was the few questions they read that says hey we were here, we did the job. When signing, I could scroll through the survey (not informed I could, visually deduced) but both was under the impression it was the latter stated and felt pressured. So I accept that I may have screwed myself but wanted to see if I had any option.
I just checked my email and it has a receipt of this survey which has 3x as many questions that were not read aloud or confirmed with me for my answer. And one of them is "I will leave a 100% positive review."
And then my signature. Is this legally binding?! Will I be in trouble for leaving a review that is not 100% positive? Cause I've got some things to say! If so, is there a path to dispute this "checkout survey"?
