I Am An Nyc Tenant. Landlord Uses Agent On Speakerphone At My Bedroom Door

First of all, I am not sure whether the person who comes to my bedroom door to collect rent in cash is even my actual landlord as stated on the lease. The person I talk to says she represents them, but will give me no further information. I find it hard to trust this person to relay our conversations back and forth. I believe it may have lead to specific miscommunications in my dealings with the "landlord." This person does not speak English, so she uses the "real estate" person on speakerphone to translate. How can I be assured this person is the landlord, and this person translating is doing so faithfully? It gets in the way every time. Additionally, this "landlord" on one occasion came into my bedroom and stood on my desk in her bare feet. What are my options here in dealing with these two?
