I Am Being Contacted By My Former Employer After Winning A Case With The Labor Board. What Should I Do?

Hi all,
I have recently gotten a case settled via the labor board against my former employer. I am in Colorado for reference. The case settled in my favor and I am owed the maximum amount, and additional compensation was tacked on after my former employer refused to pay/denied allegations after a Notice Of Complaint was sent to them last month.
The case officially settled 2 days ago, and it details timeframes for the company to pay within. Today I received a vague phone call (which I did not answer) and a voicemail from the owner asking me to meet up and “discuss how to settle this”???
I’m a bit confused because from my perspective, there’s nothing to discuss. It’s already been finalized that I am owed money by the company, and they have my address to mail a check to.
Am I correct in assuming that the owner is going to try to convince me to settle or something like that? The only thing I can think of that I may be interested in discussing is a potential payment plan, but I’m also not sure how to go about setting that up without getting a lawyer involved. Another concern I have is that I’m not sure the company even has the funds to pay me the amount owed, as it is a smaller business. I’ve been considering the fact that they may file bankruptcy to avoid paying out.
Any advice would be appreciated, please help a girl out lol
