I Am Being Forced To Move Out

Hello, everyone! I moved in with my roommate back in September. I signed a lease with her parents until May. In the lease, reason for termination is if I set a house on fire, make it moldy, or make it a public place. I wasn’t ever warned of any possibility of moving out. Anyways, dad of my roommate called me yesterday and told me I should move out so he can work here in Orlando on his business project. He has no other options and told me I should try to move out by the end of January. I am paying my rent on time, keep the house clean and haven’t broken any rules.

I am feeling anxious and looking for a place to move within my budget, but there are none. I am trying to apply for campus transfer (I am a student and my semester literally starts in a week Jan 6th). I also don’t want to get into conflict over a place. Am i good? What should I do? Edit: i am applying for campus transfer to go to a different city closer to my husband. I can rent a place there with him.
