I Believe I Was Assaulted At Work

I live in Ohio with my dad and I just turned 18 a few months ago. For the past few months at my job my coworkers have been really weird, talking incredibly sexually to me and sometimes touching me. I would be put in the walk in freezer and be touched with the night out and I would be screaming to stop and the manager that was there at the time recorded it and did nothing. I was also pushed into a corner outside when taking out the trash by a co-worker and he said sexual things. For the past few months while it happened I thought it was normal for people my age (18) to act like that but my girlfriend said that it's considered assault, and I have no idea what to do but it always made me feel uncomfortable.
