I Dropped Off Boots To Get New Soles, Now The Guy Hasn't Been At Work And Won't Pick Up The Phone.

I dropped off my boots around 11 or 12 weeks ago. Was told it would be 2-3 weeks. Guy is probably in his early to mid 80s, he's been open for near 40 years now. I called twice before and he told me he would call me when they were done. He hasn't called, he isn't at the store (hasn't been for two weeks now), his voicemail doesn't work. I had to call a welfare check to make sure he wasn't dead (we've had Norovirus or something going around, and it was 24 hours of hell for me, so I figured worst case scenario it may have been worse for him). I don't care if they're done, or if he hasn't finished them, or if he hasn't so much as touched them, I want my fucking boots back. I'm short of throwing a brick through the window and getting them myself. Is there anything I can do? I can't afford a new pair right now, and those still had plenty of life left in them.
