I Got A Ticket For A Dog That Is Not Mine Or In My Care.

Some kid said the dog was mine after investigation due to dog attacking another neighbors chickens.

The dog was abandoned by neighbor. Neighbor also has 2 dogs that free roam and were reported in incident.

I am the only person being charged after a child talked to them and said it was my dog.

I keep my door open and have left cat food out for stray cats that are no longer around. Dog has been in my house but I don’t permit it or just let him stay here.

Another neighbor does feed him and care for him but keeps him outside with his other dog.

I told them who abandoned them and instead of taking report he just told me well that guy won’t take ownership of any of the dogs roaming lol

So? Neither do I? I didn’t bring the dog here.
