I Got Leaked As A Minor

hi, im not sure if this is an appropriate question but what do i do after ive been leaked on the internet? i was groomed. i met a guy on the internet who lied about his age, he said he was 17 but actually he's 19 and he confessed later and didn't see anything wrong with it. this all happened and my leaks when i was 15 last year around august-september, i turned 16 in november.

i haven't told my parents yet and im scared too, but im trying to build up courage to tell them before he does anything else to another minor. he also groomed my other ex and threatened another one for my info. he even said that if i try to dox him which i won't he'll dox me. i don't have much info on him as he knows my name and last name. ik he's in a different country the netherlands, he has been approached by police before from a noise complaint and from a attempt bank robbery, if that helps.. and i have a picture of him as well.

i really need help if there's another way to anonymously report him to the police in his country or if i would have to tell my parents, what is the process?? and i have screenshots but he deleted all the messages. if the police gets involved would they have access to his online activity?? it's more of a if the netherlands can help legally since im in the USA.
