I’m Being Accused Of A Hit And Run I Didn’t Do

Police came to my house when I’m at work asking about my car and somehow they had my license plate number. Apparently there’s video evidence of the accident and apparently that’s where it shows my car. Here’s the thing, last year in July I got into an accident with the right side back of my car got hit. I went thru insurance and I was at fault cause I hydroplaned but I never fixed it cause I didn’t have the money and it wasn’t causing issues with my car cause I have a tire in the back that took all the impact. I have pictures of my car and the other persons car from that day, I sent the pictures to the deputy of the accident and the claim number. I was home the whole day and they aren’t telling me exactly when it happened. I just checked my car and there’s no new damage and I took a video. I don’t have an alibi cause I was home the whole time but from the time they are saying it supposedly happened I was busy playing final fantasy on my PlayStation but I always show appearing offline.
