I'm Being Forced To Use Pto For Bathroom Breaks
I have a FMLA "projected" issue quotes because I'm actually being targetted with shitty leads and now this.
I'm in inside sales and been with the same company 7 years. I hit quota almost every month. I've missed twice since 2020 until Mr New VP of Sales arrives.
I have stomach issues from when I was a teenager causing me to take a dump every 2 hours or so about 4 day for 5-10 minutes each. When we got a new VP of sales I basically had to prove I was being truthful the previous 6 1/2 years without him by getting a doctor's note.
Got that done. Now they're forcing me to clock out or take PTO on bathroom breaks. They're also targeting me with shitty leads. I've missed goal twice in 4 years and now I'm about to miss quota a second month in a row.
Is any of this legal and how the fuck can I fight this?
