I’m Pregnant, In Process Of Loa And I Just Got Forcefully Demoted. Not Sure If I Should Seek A Lawyer Or Go To The Eeoc. This Is Just The Worst Of What I’ve Endured This Past Year.

I’m in Arizona too. This also the second time this year I got surprised by a forced demotion along with a “voluntary demotion” notice I’m supposed to sign that I never agreed to. They fixed the last one but now I don’t want to give them any more chances too I further screw me over again.

I’m already not working much earlier than I wanted because my job wouldn’t follow proper accommodations. I wasn’t given proper breaks and most of the time I’d take one I’d get called to the register after 5 minutes. I’m already a high risk due to my age. This whole thing has been far more difficult than it should be. It’s been nearly two weeks since my LOA request with nothing happening yet. And now this demotion. It feels like a kick in the stomach.
