I’m Worried That I’m Working For An Unethical/sketchy Company

Obligatory I live in TN, this is a burner account, and im posting on mobile so apologies for formatting issues. I have a few concerns about the government funded company i work with regarding mental health patients and i would like advice on how to proceed. Here’s a few instances: 1) it is very unsafe for those who work there. I am a young female and am constantly being placed in dangerous situations, we receive minimal training on how to deal with this. They do not let me know if my clients are felons/sex offenders and i am consistently alone with these people. Examples of unsafe scenarios include my coworker (a black woman) being given a nazi felon client, and i am currently facing sexual harassment from a previous client my company refuses to ban/discharge from services 2. While i know they are likely committing some kind of insurance fraud, im not really sure how that works or the intricate details of it. We continue to bill patients after they consistently request to discontinue services, if i can’t find a client, or if they aren’t even suitable for the treatments. Any advice on how to figure out if they are committing fraud would also be appreciated! 3. Our building is in shambles to be honest. The water is brown, it randomly shakes, and our outlets spark and have shocked a coworker before. We have the worst building out of our company yet they have been giving funding to other departments more than ours. I genuinely just want advice or to know if im overreacting here or, if there is anything to pursue, how i can go about it. Im not very experienced with legal things but i dont feel comfortable working at a place that is unethical. If there are any more details/questions needed please let me know!
