I Rear Ended Someone
I(22m) rear ended someone yesterday. Unfortunately for me it was an older guy with a brand new luxury SUV. He was looked at by the firemen due some previous health issues but they said he was good to go. He ended up going to the ER the same day, got some imaging done on his back. My insurance let me know that the medical bills and the car damage might exceed what my plan covers. My insurance company told him to go through his insurance because of some complications with the brand new vehicle, which he refused. Now he wants to know how much my insurance covers in medical and property damage, is this information that I should release to him?
Edit: it isn’t me who is in communication with the other driver it is my insurance adjuster
