I Sold My Dads House And Now The Beneficiary Is Sueing Me

A few months ago, my dad passed away, and I am the executor of his will. According to the will, I am responsible for selling his property and splitting the proceeds with his partner. I sold the house for $150,000 to an investor. The house was built in 1984 and had significant issues, including water damage and black mold in the basement. The insurance company refused to cover the costs of removing the mold and treating the water damage. The estimates I received for repairing the basement and removing the black mold were around $50,000. This was just the beginning of the repairs the house needed.

Now, my dad's girlfriend is suing me, claiming the house was worth $230,000 based on tax records and Zillow listings. That's her only evidence of the “market value.” She is suing me for $50,000. Should I be concerned?
