I Think My New Job Is Trying To Get Rid Of Me?

For background I am a 26 year old transgender man, I'm very iffy on the passing scale, mostly not passing at 5'. Working in Michigan.

Things first started when I decided to use the bathroom, the men's first and I was reported for being a woman using the men's and HR told me that the men's restroom is for Males only. Okay fine, I'll use the women's restroom. I start using the women's restroom and then a coworker asks what pronouns I use so I tell her that I prefer to use he/him. Next day, I'm pulled back into HR and I'm told that I can't use the women's restroom because I identify as a man, so, I ask about the men's restroom. Still can't use the men's restroom because it's for males. SOL. I'm stuck waiting until I get off work to drive 40 minutes home to use the bathroom finally.

Now, today, I haven't been here 90 days and I've been chosen for a "random" drug test, I took one originally to get hired. I can't help, but think that they're trying to get rid of me by any means necessary. They already put me in the uncomfortable position of not having access to bathrooms, now I have to go take an unpaid drug test. This bothers me a lot because they gave us Christmas week off, meaning I do not get paid and I don't get paid for New Years either.

I don't know if I have anything here to go against this company or if I should try harder at finding different employment?

I've been at this job for 79 days.
