I Told My Landlord I’d Be Moving Out And Breaking My Lease. Is What He Is Saying True?

We will do our best to rent it out ASAP to relieve you of the rent responsibility but until it is rented you will be responsible for all charges. You can help us help you by having everything clean and let maintenance in to do any additional work and permission to show the unit upon your approval. Please let us know if we can get in and begin work and showings asap to increase your chances of getting it rented for you.To avoid any judgements or leins against you I would reach out and let us know if we sare able.
