I Was Attacked Unprovoked At A Bar, What Can I Do Legally?

For context, I went out last night with a few people to celebrate NYE at a very popular sports bar/hangout spot. While waiting for our turn to order drinks at the bar, a guy was trying to dance with me and grabbed my hand and spun me a few times. I told him that I was taken, and moved closer to my group once my hand was released. This girl, who I'm assuming was this guy's girlfriend or situation-ship, came flying out of the crowd and pushed him. She started screaming at him, before she turned and charged at me. She pushed me two times as hard as she could into the bar, while I put my hands up and tried to calm her down. I was saying "He grabbed ME, we are cool, we are cool, calm down". She ripped me up by my hair and threw me onto the ground and held me by my hair while she wrapped her legs around me so I couldn't move. Keep in mind this chick was at least 6 foot, and probably had a good 150-200 pounds on me. I stand at about 5'6 and I am average weight. Physically I just didn't stand a chance. While she tried to put me in a headlock, I was just trying to get away with the help of staff members and security guards.

I have a split chin, my thigh and bottom have cuts from broken bottles on the ground, I lost multiple chunks of hair, and I'm positive my shoulder and back are sprained. As far as I know she was kicked out or taken into custody, and I was asked to leave as well despite trying to explain I was attacked and I didn't even fight back. Which is totally understandable, I understand they have rules- I'm not angry about this.

I know for a fact that I am going to make a police report and press charges, and if I am able, get a restraining order against her. Is this all I can do? What are my rights? I want to use the full extent of the law, it was genuinely traumatizing experience for me.
