I Was Forced Into Cp As A Child And Want To Get Justice But Don’t Know Where To Start. Help?

I don’t want to talk about the specifics but I was forced into CP as a child and I know the full name and address of the man who made me do it and I want justice. What do I do? Where do I start? I was 13-17 when this happened and I’m scared it’s too late to do anything now that I’m 21… he ruined me. I think I deserve something for my suffering, considering I now current day have ptsd and I owe it to the other little girls out there to not let him hurt anyone else. Please give me some advice as to what I can do. I don’t know how to report him, I’m scared he might be doing this to other kids.
