I Was Sold A Pool Table And Now They Are Refusing To Sell It To Me At The Agreed Upon Price
Hello months ago I went to a local billiards store and asked to them give me a call if they had any good deals on pool tables. They called me last sat and sent me picture of some sales. I went in with my dad and after looking we were shown a floor model table that they were selling to make room for new inventory as is. After asking the salesmen what the best price would be the gentlemen came back after 15 minutes and said they made a mistake on the price tag (which we have a picture of) BUT they said if we bought it today they would honor the sales price on the tag. I got a quote printed out for me went home talked about it for a few hours then called and purchased the table at the discounted price. I payed in full and the funds were taken out of my account plus have a receipt/bill of sale. Today 6 days later the owner called me informing me that they are refusing to sell the table to me and that if I wanted the table would have to pay double what I originally paid .They said they would like to refund me my money is that’s most convenient .
Is this legal? A manager confirmed the they would sell the table if bought same day and I have all documentation of the sale as payed in full.
