I Was Ticketed For Parking My Car In Such A Way That It “didn’t Leave 4ft Of Continuous Passage Between Curb And Property Line.” Can I Fight This?

Card image cap

This is in Tucson, AZ.

Essentially I left my car parked on the raised gravel between the fence of the house I’m renting and the curb. I’ve scoured the Tucson Code of Ordinances and I can’t find anything necessitating that there be that four feet space. The specific code mentioned was TC20-260.

I’ve parked there before and I haven’t gotten ticketed and this feels like the local PD drumming up reasons to give tickets for revenue. Is there any argument I could give to fight it? Furthermore I’m wondering if this is even worth my time as the ticket isn’t for very much.
