Illinois Lease Renewal Laws

I live in an Illinois county that does not have county specific regulations about lease renewal. My lease is 12 month lease that is set to expire on March 30, and when I reached out to my property manager about the probability of a renewal she told me that it's up to the investors who own the property in New York and that they use an algorithm to determine if they want to renew your lease or not, so she couldn't tell me what they were planning on doing.

I filled out their form on our resident portal putting my interest in for a renewal, but they've been silent about it since we spoke. I keep getting a message on the portal to reach out to a leasing associate if I am interested in renewing.

I was trying to read the Illinois Legal Aid website about these cases but a lot of the information on there was about Chicago, Cook County or city specific stuff that doesn't apply to me.

I was wondering if anyone could tell me what this process should look like in my area. Do they have to give me any notice at all that they are not renewing, or should I just plan to move at the end of my lease if I don't hear from them?
