Im Not A Legal Citizen Of Any Country Living In Us

Quick history I live in US. Mom is American born and raised -American citizen Dad English born in Liverpool- British citizen

I was born in Nuremberg Germany at a German birthing house in 1986 came to America when I was 2 weeks old. I never got a birth certificate from Germany. some how my mom got me a US passport and a social security card without a birth certificate.

Jump to 21yrs old I go to get a new passport fill out the passport information get a pack about 2 inches thick asking me to fill out every day of my life I can remember everything from schools i went to teachers I had evry house address, everything I knew about everyone in my family. Filled it out and sent in a copy of my social security card birt report (it's not a birth certificate) and my childhood passport they ask for it all.

Then I get a certified letter saying I'm not a US citizen and I need to return my social security card. They kept my childhood passport and refused to return any documents sent in. So I decided well im not giving back my social security card. I call the passport office redirected for a week finally get a call back get told just because my mom is American doesn't make me American. Call the German consulate they tell me just because I'm born in Germany doesn't make me a German citizen.

So i just say screw it I'm not gonna shake the boat so I'll just let it go and hope no one comes after me.

Jump to yesterday Trump is president and i'm worried. What can I do and where would I be sent if I get deported? If you need more info ask. Please don't be rude looking for legit advice.

The report i got from the Germany birthing house is just a hand written doctors note basically saying my size and weight the rest is in german I can't read it.

Im not sure if my parents were married at the time or where I think it was in Germany, but after my dad died, we found out he was technically still married to another wife before my mother.

Also I was born in August of 1986
