Inheritance

i have a question no this is not my inheritance but my brothers.

heres what happend in a nutshell

my dads brother died years ago. he had 3 kids, my brother and his two sisters.

so the family is worth millions in old farm money.

my brother allready got a nice little chunk when his dad died and so did the other girls i assume. like 100k.

he just got another 250k when he turned 40 this january, from his dads will i believe.

NOW HERE IS the kicker.....

so the executer of the estate GRandma died lets say 8 months ago. my brother gets a will sent to him saying they dont regonized him as part of the family. they are leaving half the family forture to the two main brothers, Allen and david, and splitting it in half. since my brothers dad is no longer alive his two sisters get all his dads portion, but they dont wanna recognige my brother. so their gettting millions. and he aint getting nothing.

this is the second time this family has kicked my brother out of his family, he didnt even get to be with his dad tell he was like 15 years old, then his dad died few years later.

now this family treating him like crap again and they said he waited to long to see a lawyer any truth to this??? what can be done thank you God Bless.
