Inherited Dad's House In Trust, His Girlfiend Still Lives There, How Do I Gather His Things? Az, Usa

Dad died last month, sister and I inherited his house in a trust, we are now apparently the "landlords" (?) There is nothing written as far as a lease or promise that she could remain in the home. We are not on speaking terms with the girlfriend at this time. We believe she is helping herself and her family to his belongings. We set up a camera with her permission that is pointed at the unlocked gunsafe in the garage and intend to place outside cameras outside to protect our assets. She deliberately unplugged the camera in the garage yesterday. She is hostile and unstable. Can we just show up over there to pack and remove his belongings, and install the outside security cameras as well as plug in the camera viewing the unsecured firearms? Can we remove the firearms? We plan to serve her with a 30 day eviction notice amd know this will set her into a rage. What can we do? We have obtained a lawyer but he is not getting back to us while things seem to be escalating. I just want to protect our assets. ANY help would be most appreciated. We are desperate to save dads things.
