Inherited House In Ohio - Am I Now A Landlord? Need Legal Advice.

I recently inherited my father’s house (Ohio) which is part of a trust. His disabled brother has been living in the house for 20+ years and currently has a disabled roommate. The roommate has never paid rent. My intention is to allow my uncle to live in the home until his death. One of my main concerns is that the roommate won’t leave the home upon my uncle’s death. He is otherwise homeless.

What are my legal responsibilities now that I am the home owner? Am I a landlord? What type of lawyer should I be speaking with to advise? (House is in Ohio. I live in another state.)
