Is It Illegal To Tell Someone They Ruined Your Life?

When I was a teenager, a doctor sexually assaulted me. I didn’t recognize it as that until years later when I was describing it to a therapist and since then I’ve been diagnosed with PTSD I now struggle to go to any doctor appointment and I am constantly overwhelmed by fear of possible medical issues that may force me to see a doctor. It’s way past the statute of limitations so I know there’s nothing legally I can do. But I want to personally tell the individual that they ruined my life and how much this is impacted me and how much I hate them. Is there anyway this could negatively impact me? Could they sue me for emotional distress? I have no documentation to prove they did this and it happened in Florida around 2010, but I currently live in California.
