Is It Legal For A Hospital To Videotape A Rectal Exam?

I (23F) was in the emergency department last night when I noticed that my private hospital room had two surveillance cameras.

During my rectal exam, I was nude from the waist down and curled on the bed in fetal position while the doctor's finger was up my butt. I feel really uncomfortable knowing that there is a video record of this, even if no one watches the footage.

Google told me that it was legal to have surveillance cameras in private hospital rooms, but I did not consent to be recorded while naked. Does anyone know if this situation violates my rights with HIPAA? I am in Missouri, United States.
