Is It Legal For Neighbors To Aim Their Trail Camera Towards Our Driveway

Card image cap

TLDR; our neighbors put up a trail cam that points directly to our driveway & sends them a notification every time we leave the house.

To clarify, the camera doesn't point into our house (I don't think). The camera is on their property but it's pointing onto ours, they weren't even trying to hide that fact ???? they have threatened us multiple times to never go on their property (we have never gone onto their property but we had a survey done that they did not agree with. They also called & threatened the surveyors so there was a police report filed) so in other words, we can't just politely ask them to move it, or have them face it onto their own property. I don't feel safe in my own house, especially now that they get a notification every time we leave. We've discussed putting up a fence, but we don't love the house or area (or neighbors lol) so were planning on moving within the next year so spending 10k+ doesn't seem logical. Is this something we're just going to have to put up with for the next year? Should we call a lawyer? Non-urgent police line? Just ignore it bc its legal?
