Is It Legal To Take A Photo Of A Photo I Don't Own And Keep It For Personal Use In India?

I have a situation where I want to keep a photo of a photo (which I don't own) for personal use. The original photo was taken by someone in india, and I didn't click the picture myself. The photo was taken by an Indian person and the owner is also from India. My question is whether it is legal in India to take a photo of someone else's photo (without sharing or distributing it publicly) and keep it private, for personal memories.

To clarify, I'm not planning to distribute or share the photo with others, and I would frame it for personal display at my home. Is this allowed under copyright laws in India, or would it still be a violation?

I am not sure who clicked the photo, so I am assuming it was not created by me, especially since it is stored on someone else's device.
