Is This A Hipaa Violation?

I've been taking testosterone for a few years now, my family did not know until this past Sunday that I take it. My brother receives his prescriptions from the same walgreens as I do, and I assume that when he went to get his prescription, they somehow got us mixed up despite our first names and date of births being drastically different. They told him that I had a prescription ready, and that it was testosterone cypionate. this whole thing just has me very pissed, like is it okay for your prescription information to be leaked to family members? I have not authorized the pharmacy to share my information with anyone else. I've never had issues like this before. it's put me into a very unsafe situation.
