Is This Assault? Please Help A Very Confused 14 Year Old Girl

so the other day i refused to give my dad my backpack (there was nothing harmful/threatening in there) so he charged at me and tackled me to the ground. he didn't punch me or anything but he did bang my head into a wall. hes like 190 pounds and im 14 and 90 pounds. is this assault?? i didnt get any real injuries im just in slightly inconveniencing pain and have some bruises on my neck and arms. if this IS assault, since im his child, is that considered child abuse or smt? my mom had also previously tackled me to the ground like thirty minutes prior. i never tried to hurt either of them, the most i did was try to get my mom off of me.
