Is This Harassment Of My Bankruptcy Discharge?

Card image cap

I filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in 2022 and received a discharge. Recently, someone has been harassing me over a construction defect claim tied to work I completed before my bankruptcy. This work was done through an LLC I used to have. I emailed the guy and told him he is still fully able to file a claim with my insurance company, but for some reason he keeps directing it at me. They’re arguing that their claim wasn’t included in the bankruptcy because they didn’t have a claim at the time of filing, comparing it to getting into a car wreck and saying, “I used to have insurance.” My bankruptcy lawyer told me that bankruptcy law discharges all pre-petition liabilities, even if the claim wasn’t known or asserted at the time, as long as the underlying events occurred before the filing. Lawyer also told me if he contacts me again, to notify him and we will "sue him." It's the weekend right now, so he's out of office, figured I'd get some input on here. I even sent the person an email formally notifying them of my bankruptcy discharge and providing my insurance information, yet they’ve continued to contact me with hostile and dismissive comments, seemingly ignoring the law. Could their behavior constitute a violation of the discharge injunction under 11 U.S.C. § 524, and how would a court likely view their claim and this ongoing harassment? What damages or actions could I realistically pursue?
