It’s Been 3 Years Of My Aunt Delaying The Will, Because She Doesn’t Want Anyone To Get Money.

My grandpa died over 3 years ago, and when he died my aunt got money from his life insurance. She paid for his funeral with the life insurance and it for refunded by the state because it was caused by covid. Fast forward to now, my other aunt got the refund. They have been holding up his will for over 3 years over 9 grand that they didn’t have before. Today they set the court date out another year because “miss appropriated funds” due to them fighting about this. From what I’m told is they settled all that over a year ago. So my question is why can they keep stalling out this will over something that isn’t no longer happening. Is there anything I can do by myself to get this pushed along or am I stuck having to pay for a lawyer.
