Jury Duty Summons From Another State

Ive been living in Indiana for 2 years now. I used to live in Kentucky with my mom. She just called me this morning saying I got jury duty papers in the mail. In October, She told me I got voting papers on where my polling location is. But I already switched my license and voting registration over to Indiana. I voted this year in Indiana. But I do still work in Kentucky, in the same city my jury duties are for. My question is, would they accept the excuse that I live in a different state even though I still work in that state? And how am I still getting papers like voting and jury duty at my moms house? What can I do to prevent this again? I'm sorry if these questions are silly, I'm 23 and have never done this type of stuff. Thank you for any help!
