Landlord Had Allowed A Neighbor To Harass Me For 2.5 Years. What Should I Do?

I reported to my landlord again about my neighbor Harassing me. He has court order on him that states he cannot harass me.

My landlord is requesting a mandatory meeting with her and my therapist and case manager and she stated that we needed to come up with a solution for me to get out of this situation. I taking she means she going request for me to move. I legally do not have too.

What are my rights? I was planning on emailing her and telling her that I will not talk to her without an attorney and this issues with neighbor is legal issue since he has court order harassment restraining order on him and needs follow it. If he doesn't follow it then police are to be called.

I don't want meet with my landlord to discuss solution to getting out of this situation. Every one I spoke too states that the landlord is implying I need to move based on what she said.

What should I do? Should I cancel the meeting??

Landlord has done nothing about my harassing neighbor.
