Landscaper Judgment Won In Conciliation And Now In Civil (mn)

Card image cap

I won a judgment against a landscaper in a conciliation case and I was awarded $20,000. I'm now at a place where I'm trying to collect the money. I received the disclosure statement from my request for disclosure and he just put $0 for everything stating the business is closed. I don't feel this to be truthful as I went by his business address and he still has a truck, trailer, mower, plows, etc. at the address. I now know that he closed the business and is now operating under a different business name out of the same address. I have all of this proof from the Secretary of State website in MN. I am planning to get the judgment amended to add the new business name. Does anyone know the best way to collect on a judgment of this type? Can I get an order to seize vehicles or other property other than cash from an account, etc? I also have a UCC filing stating he had a lien on some equipment but now that lien is paid (either by paying it off or sale). I'd love anyone who does this regularly to assist me with getting my money (or property to sell for money) if possible.
