Lawyer Is Billing Me When They Asked Me Questions And Confirm My Request. Is This Allowed ?

I will try to give you an order of events of what's happening along with the bills for each email. Summarizing to not give specific details of the case

Lawyer: hello I haven't heard back from you in a while would you like us to continue with What we discussed. Me: please hold off for now, I'll get back to you Charge : 100 dollars

Me: can you please start the process as we discussed in the previous email at the price mentioned? Lawyer: hello, You want to start the processes we discussed before in our previous email with associated cost(highlights cost) Charge: 100 dollars

I know that lawyer charges can get interested. But I feel like it's kind of weird to ask me a question after I told you my answer. And basically charge me $100 to reference an email you already sent to me. Or to charge me to go over the charges
