Legal Advice For Tn Single Mom Wanting To Move To Tx

So, I’m from Tennessee. Me and my ex(baby daddy) were never married and he has no acknowledgement of paternity papers but he is on the Birth Certificate. I have a 3 year old daughter. He doesn’t pay child support but is somewhat active in the child’s life.

I have a boyfriend who lives in Texas and we plan to get married and have kids as well. My boyfriend has a family business, a whole family tree, and land/house in Texas and wants me and my daughter to move there. I have no family here in Tennessee.

What are the laws/advice/process of me being able to move away from my ex with our kid? Also, if and when me and my current boyfriend have kids, is it more allowable to move to TX then once my relationship is more official with marriage/children of our own?
