Lemon Law Advice In New Jersey For New Vehicle.
Leased a 2025 Hyundai Ioniq 5N back in May and the car currently has 4997 miles on it. Dropped off the car at the dealership on 12/11/25 due to a Battery Management System error popping up a week prior. Was given a loaner since they were unable to diagnose the problem.
Called the dealership on 12/18/25 for an update, but was told a service advisor would have to call me back. No one ended up calling me back. About an hour after I called, I started getting Hyundai Bluelink phone notifications that the car was being driven after sitting on the lot for a week.
I've been researching NJ Lemon Law rules and was wondering if the 20 days without a vehicle is calendar days or business days? Does my situation look like a clear cut case for a manufacturer buyback?
