Let My Ex Use The Vehicle I Was Granted In The Divorce

My ex and I got a divorce in 2020 I was awared both vehicles in the divorce but I let him keep using the truck because I wanted him to have a safe vehicle for the kids. The truck is still in both of our names. He gave the truck back beginning of last year and I let him use it again later cause his car broke down. Now he moved to California (about 2400 miles away)with a new girlfriend stop paying child support(which has always been an issue, he is about 17k behind) and is just being a general ass. Is there a way for me to get the truck back or am I just SOL
