Let’s Try This Again

I submitted a tip on a news website about two local cops that have been under investigation for doing something not great. I included what is public knowledge (one cop was on the agenda to be termed after an investigation) and it was more of a pointing them in the right direction to find the answers. My girlfriend now has me panicking that I could get in trouble.

The only thing I shared that wasn’t public knowledge was that one of the officers is under investigation (for over 2 months, people do know about this) and that it is related. Could I get in trouble somehow???

I did not include my name/phone/anything like that.
