Liability Agreement For A Potentially Dangerous Product

I am designing a 3D printed nerf blaster and plan to sell it on Etsy. This blaster is capable of over 200 FPS, and could cause injury if the customer does not use proper safety precautions, like eyewear. I plan to sell completed blasters, unassembled blasters (3D printed and non 3d printed parts) as well as hardware kits (only non 3d printed parts), but I want to include a liability agreement upon purchase so that I can't be sued by someone who was being dumb and shot their eye or something. I don't expect this to happen, since the people buying a nerf gun like this will know what they are doing, but there's always a chance. Is there a "generic" liability disclaimer that I could use? (Something along the lines of "I am not liable for any injury, harm, or property damage that comes from the misuse of this product, including, but not limited to, etc.)
