Locked Out Of Apartment Illegally?

i never really post on here so dont mind my typing im not as fancy as everyone else.

so were from ohio and we had pest inspections. we had a fruit fly and just flies problem so we thought they would come spray it whatever. its a mess in there ill tell you that though its three of us in a studio so its hard having places for everything but we kinda manage. anyways they come do it and spray and then we come back to the locks changed and a letter on the door saying “CONDEMNED UNIT UNFIT FOR HUMAN HABITATION” and they wont let us back in to get ANY of my stuff..(tax forms, money, clothes, literally EVERYTHING i own) and their reasoning is bedbugs.. you see im 100000% sure i would know if i had bed bugs because the bites, i go places, and to friends houses and it has NEVER ONCE been a problem of it spreading anywhere or anything. ive never even experienced bed bugs to be honest. i really just want to get my stuff out of it at this point and just never see them again at that complex but they really just wanted to argue with me instead of working with me so i can get my stuff out. i have NOT been evicted i have not been told that in any form and there is no eviction notice on the doors or anything so can they actually lock me away from my stuff for over a week now even though ive paid this months rent and all just because what they deem is “unfit”???
