Looking To Start A Class Action Lawsuit Against Rental Company (oh)

I live in a college town/city that has boomed in population in terms of the college and others moving to the area in the last decade or so. Subsequently, finding affordable/convenient housing is nearly impossible for college students.

I am a naive college student and rented an apartment from a popular rental company in the area and trusted my friend’s opinion on the apartment. The apartment was in shambles and violated ELEVEN of my cities housing codes.

Come to find out whilst putting together all of the violations of only my apartment, a majority of the company’s reviews on ALL platforms are 1 star reviews because of what deplorable condition MANY properties under this company are and their failure to fix it.

If I am able to gather enough testimony and evidence would a lawyer take this on? I really do feel like there’s enough potential here that I can gather enough testimony to file a class action lawsuit. Any ideas / advice to go about this? Again, I am a naive college student so opinions would be greatly appreciated.
