Me And My Friend Used To Make Videos Together And Now He’s Mad That He Was In Them

For context I make yt videos for fun and I made a friend while doing it. We have made 5+ videos together that I even would show him before uploading. We had a falling out and he’s threatening legal action over a clip of him making insensitive jokes, while his face is fully blurred out. I took the video down but he still decided that he would threaten to sue me for “recording him in a private space” (a discord call…)

I’m in Texas which is a one party consent state. He made the exaggeration of him feeling violated. Mind you I showed this video to him multiple times before uploading it and he enjoyed it. He’s subscribed to my channel and he had no issue till now. Does he actually have any grounds to serve papers?

The final fun detail is that I’m actually in a video of his own. Which he recorded me without my consent. Instantly making him a hypocrite. I’m uncomfortable being in his videos and being publicly associated with him because he makes very racy jokes on HIS own channel. But I don’t make a stink of it :)
