Medical Device Company Keeps Sending Me Products I Never Ordered. How Do I Get Them To Stop?

I have a CPAP that I use. When I originally received it, I was setup with a company to deliver CPAP supplies. I wash my supplies and don't need the frequent shipments as the stuff tends to last. I order filters online because it's sooooo much cheaper and allows me to not have to pay a company that seems to be morally bankrupt.

This issue. The company thinks it's OK to randomly send me products I've never ordered and put me on autoship lists that I've never signed up for. Whenever this happens, I call them and tell them to take me off the list that I never signed up for. It's always the same song and dance when I confront them about it. "We don't know know how this happened, we've taken you off the list, this will never happen again, blah blah blah"... oh yeah, and "you'll have to take the items back to our physical store, we won't give you a return shipping label." The store is a 45 - 75 minute round trip, depending on traffic. (Seems very predatory) The last time I was at the store, 2 weeks ago, the lady accepting my return said "I'll put a permanent note in your record to keep you off the autoship list. I got a notification today that the company autoshipped me ANOTHER package. My question, how do I get them to stop sending me products that I myself haven't specifically ordered, and for that request to stick. I know medical device companies are the bottom of the barrel, ethics wise, just above medical debt collectors. But there has to be some language or action that will get them to respect my wishes. Thoughts?
