Mental Patient Making Calls Threatening To Kill Family Member ?

So a family member is at a residential program for mentally ill and they have their own unit to section patients. Patient is a diagnosed schizophrenic.

Well the patient has been calling his family member out of nowhere 5-6 times today making threats to kill his other family member. He just got sectioned by facility but facility director claims they have no way to restrict his calls if this happens in the future.

If this continues since he’s in their legal care can any legal action be used against the facility and what can be done legally to make it stop?

They provide his everyday necessities.

Trigger: He’s been speaking with his grandmother that hates the family member he’s been threatening.
