Mn Ex Spouse Does Cocaine With Children In The House

It’s Saturday, on a holiday weekend and the kids go to their dad’s house tomorrow. We do a week on/week off.

I just learned that he’s been doing cocaine in the house when it’s his week with them. I’d asked him about it before and he denied it saying it was an extracurricular when they’re with me. Someone sent me screenshots and pictures and he finally admitted to all of it.

I don’t want the kids going there until he’s started an outpatient treatment program for it. I don’t have hostility or animosity here, but I do have a lot of empathy for him and anxiety for our kids.

I had to file a police report because some of my child’s controlled substance prescription is missing and he told me “do what you think is in your kids’ best interest” but couldn’t elaborate which I understand. I couldn’t get the script refilled without the police report.

So my question is, on a Saturday in MN what can be done to help keep the kids from going to his house until a treatment plan has been started.

I’m guessing nothing, but I have to ask.
