Mom Posted My Bail And Is Basically Holding Me Hostage

I went to jail a few days ago and called my mom. She posted my bail and as soon as she picked me up from jail she made up a whole bunch of rules and said if I don’t follow them she’ll undo my bail and there will be a warrant out for my arrest. I’m not allowed to go back to MY apartment that I pay rent for every month. I’m not allowed to see my boyfriend who I’ve been with for two years. I can only go to and from work. She’s basically holding me hostage. Can she do this? Is that legal? Can I transfer my bail so she gets her money back and I pay instead? I’m 20 I’ve never been in this situation before.
